Pool House Equine hospital is a modern well equipped hospital on the outskirts of Lichfield in the Midlands, dedicated to the diagnosis, management and treatment of horse, ponies or donkeys.

We are an accredited hospital with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and offer an extensive range of surgical, medical and diagnostics facilities and as such, can accommodate a wide range of procedures.

We offer soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, internal medicine, advanced dentistry, poor performance, lameness investigations, advanced diagnostics and an onsite laboratory.

The Hospital is the largest equine hospital in the Midlands and is staffed by a dedicated team of Veterinary Surgeons and Specialist, these are supported by our Qualified Veterinary Nurses, Yard, Reception and Administration teams. The hospital is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so your horse will be supervised around the clock and treated as if they were our own.

We are not only here to care for inpatients and admissions, we welcome clients to bring their horses to the hospital for routine procedures, this enables quick and easy access to routine care such as vaccinations/dentals and examinations but also saves on a visit fee.

We have a welcoming reception area that offers a comfortable seating area and refreshments whilst you are waiting.
